Export Compliance

The export of some products sold by Transaero Inc. are controlled by the U.S. Department of Commerce under Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, in accordance with 22 U.S.C. 2778-2780 of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

It is unlawful to export, or attempt to export or otherwise transfer or sell any hardware or technical data or furnish any service to any foreign person, whether abroad or within the United States, for which a license or written approval from the U.S. Government is required, without first obtaining the required license or written approval from the Department of the U.S. Government having jurisdiction. It is the reseller’s or end user’s responsibility to request and obtain export licenses for the export of the subject items, and to ensure that the requirements of all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies are met.   If Transaero is obtaining the export license, the buyer will be responsible for providing necessary applications and information required to obtain all licenses, permits, etc. for shipment of the goods to the designated country of end destination.  Transaero may require copies of approved licenses.

The exportation, re-exportation, sale or supply, directly or indirectly, from the United States, or by a U.S. person wherever located of any licensable product, technology (including technical data) or services purchased from Transaero Inc. to any U.S.  embargoed countries is strictly prohibited without prior authorization by the U.S. Government. Sales or transfers to entities on the List of Debarred Parties, Denied Parties list and the Embargoed Countries are strictly prohibited.
